Built by someone who experienced the problem firsthand.
While completing my graduate internship in the Augmentative Communication Program at Boston Children's Hospital, I discovered a passion for helping students find their voice through Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). That passion has guided my work ever since.
As my career took me to different states and school settings, I worked with several large staffing agencies. Time and again, I saw schools struggling to find the right clinicians, while talented therapists were treated like numbers instead of professionals. Placements prioritized filling vacancies over finding the right fit, and the people making those decisions often weren't clinicians themselves.
That's why I created Communication through Connection.
My mission is to build something different: a provider-led practice that puts relationships before transactions. I partner closely with schools to thoughtfully match passionate SLPs, OTs, and PTs with environments where they can thrive. I also believe every clinician deserves meaningful work, manageable caseloads, flexible opportunities, and compensation that reflects the incredible impact they make every day.
